Some more thoughts mixed with Wattles'

That which we see as 'evil' is just undeveloped material, not yet organized creatively, or is that which has been organized destructively, competitively.

That gained by competition hurts both the acquirer and that taken from. That gained by creation helps both the acquirer and the entire world around him.

The ability, resource, or tool you're in need of will be there when you need it - go on in full faith.

Focus on the vision

Be grateful constantly

Do every day what can be done

Give in excess of what's been given you in every exchange. Bless everyone with whom you interact.

Success = attainment. Regardless of what's attained. Those who attain with a competitive mind succeed at bringing more competition into the world, while those who attain with a creative/abundant mind bring more creativity and abundance into the world.

Your talents are your tools. But tools don't make success, only the proper application of the tools. The user is the key, not the tools.

Use the tools/talents for which you are inclined to utilize.

Faith isn't just belief that something could be. It is power to act, KNOWING, it's impossible to fail if you but act. To have faith in Christ is a great power - for you know you cannot fail if you take the action required.

Focus on expanding what you have, not on how you can get what you don't have. Evolve, extend and perfect your functions. (ex: squirrel, flying squirrel, bat, bird, evolves to the higher plane when it perfects and then stretches beyond it's normal plane.)

You must more than fill your present place, perfect it, and then you will expand and spill over to the next phase. Life continues to advance. Surplus life lifts to and extends to the higher plane.

There is something to be said about doing first things first, and taking pro-active action. Don't merely fill the day with the normal activities - focus first on advancing your current position; take small daily, pro-active steps towards the realization of your vision. Don't focus too much attention on the not having portion of the vision, on the gap between where you are and where you wish to be. Rather, focus your attention on the present moment, and your detached, unshakeable knowledge on the intention, on the future vision.

Don’t start a dept store with a peanut stand's worth of capital. Start the peanut stand with the capital available, and grow into the dept store.

Get into a business that utilizes your highest talents.

Don’t spend time desiring more than what is available today, in the present. Enjoy life in the present and it will expand into the future, waiting for you. But if you focus on wanting/needing something in the present, even your future will be cankered and rusted with the fragments of unfulfilled desires and unmet wants when you arrive 'there'. Be grateful in the present moment fully.

BUT don't be satisfied with less than the best in the present either. Seek out the best things and get the most from each day.

Let each interaction with each customer be one of sincere want and putting life and interest and focus into each interaction. Don't merely exchange for fair value...that's settling for less than the best.

One must be in balance and fulfill all roles of your life fully to expand to the higher plain. A bad husband cannot for long be a good businessman, and visa versa. One must put life into all relationships above and beyond what he receives. Continually invest in others happiness and well-being.

KNOW what you're building all the time. See it clearly, and it will be like the house built upon the rock. Build it with uncertainty and lack of a clear vision, and you build on a foundation of sand.

Focus on the task at hand, considering that the one unit you're working on is one small department or unit of the final finished vision.

Know there is limitless abundance; you need not compete or fight for another's good fortune to acquire your own.

act upon the present environment, not the future environment.
